Honey from Ikaria
Our Promise of Naturalness and Quality
Our honeys are pure natural products, obtained directly from nature without any artificial additives or processing. For this reason, color and consistency may vary slightly from harvest to harvest. These variations are the result of natural factors such as flower availability, harvest time, and the ratio of fructose to glucose in the honey.
Some honeys, such as our Heather Honey, start out more liquid and become creamier over time due to natural crystallization. These changes are a sign of the unadulterated quality and naturalness of our products - and exactly what makes them so special,
what makes them so special.
Enjoy honey in its purest form - just as nature created it.

Honey from the island of Ikaria
Rich in valuable micronutrients and bioactive compounds, it is an essential superfood for health-conscious people. Unlike conventional supermarket honey, which loses its valuable pollen bodies and nutrients through intensive heating, we preserve the purity and quality of our honey.
Our honey is never cooked or heated to high temperatures. The honey remains in its pure, unadulterated form from the comb to your table. This preserves all the wonderful nutrients and bioactive compounds that are good for your body.
Experience the beauty of nature when you sweeten your tea with an untreated raw honey. Every time you enjoy our products, you will feel the true power of nature. Honey from Ikaria is more than just a sweet addition - it is an incomparable taste experience and a source of vitality.
Discover the untouched beauty of Ikarian nature in a single spoonful. Order today and immerse yourself in a world of unique taste and health benefits.
Note: Our honeys are all natural with no additives. The formation of crystals in honey makes it more solid, which is a completely natural process. In this case, you can simply place the jar of honey in a water bath - no warmer than 40 degrees - and stir occasionally. After a short time, the honey will return to its original consistency.
